Dinner & Discussion + Student Community (10/3)
We are excited to launch our monthly “Dinner & Discussion” and Student Community THIS SUNDAY (10/3). Both are great opportunities to connect with others, explore Christianity and be equipped as followers of Jesus.
Both will take place @ the Anderson’s house – 5:00pm!

Student Community – for middle & high school students to connect and develop their faith. We will us a resource called “Alpha” which gives space to learn & discuss following Jesus and why it matters. Topics include:
We will have food & time to hang out after – fishing, outdoor games, swimming etc. Join us and bring any friends you would like!
Dinner & Discussion – For adults, we will have a time of discussion based learning on various topics that are relevant for our current time & dinner together. Ephesians 4 says that we are to “equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” Colossians 3 says “and whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
We will ask and discuss how can we live lives in our current culture and context that are “in the name of the Lord Jesus” or “like Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1).
Potential topics: Money, Recreation, Covid, The Arts, Race, Sexuality, Health, Suffering, Justice, Prayer, Beauty, Spiritual Growth, Politics, Power, Identity, Vocation, Retirement, Family, Friendship, Beauty, Technology.
